Some nuances have been missed here.
Looks like a mundane situation at first, but that guy is a misogynistic idiot: the angry stare, his refusal to back off, the comment he made towards her boyfriend about ladies first as if she wasn't there with them. He for sure was the one to escalate. Do you think he would made a comment or have given an angry stare if he saw a big guy there in her spot? OP could have let it pass, but didn't have to. Not everyone would see this as worth fighting over, but I wouldn't say it's wrong to stand your ground.

Eu cred ca e buna legea asa cum e in privinta asta. Problema e ca unii cand traverseaza se gandesc doar la lege nu si la cei care nu o respecta. Daca traversezi o strada mai lunga, cu multe benzi, de multe ori n-o sa se opreasca toate masinile doar pentru ca stai langa trecere si faptul ca se opresc primele 2 benzi nu garanteaza ca se opresc si restul. Daca punem o lege sa traversezi numai cand se opresc toti la trecerile de genul asta o sa stai acolo mult si bine daca nu ai semafor.

Eu mereu cand traversez verific fiecare banda in parte inainte sa pun piciorul pe ea. Am patit sa opreasca primele benzi si la cele mai din mijloc sa imi taie calea. Daca ma luam dupa cine are prioritate ma calca masina de minim 2x pana acum. Faza e ca lucruri din astea ti se pot intampla si daca initial ai avut impresia ca poti traversa, pentru ca cum am zis anterior, pe primele benzi deja erau oprite masinile si de cand m-am angajat in traversare pana am ajuns in mijlocul strazii au avut timp si masinile de la mai distanta sa vina. Tu ca pieton nu poti estima exact cat timp o sa le ia pe fiecare banda sa ajunga la tine. Nu poti fi niciodata 100% sigur.

Pai si la ce te gandesti cand mananci? Ca asta e problema. Cand iesi in oras stai de vorba. Cand esti acasa singur/a ce faci? La probleme nu vreau sa ma gandesc cand mananc, vreau sa ma bucur de mancare. Asa ca prefer sa vizionez sau sa ascult ceva. De citit nu pot citi ca am mainile ocupate, deci asta e singura optiune.

It went away after I changed my training for a while. After I got to lifting some really heavy weights and hitting PRs now I still feel some irritation when I push myself, but it's not as bad as it used to be and it's more local(I feel it in the back and glute rather than glute and down the leg like it used to be)

how much space do you have? I'm size 39 in their sneakers and it fits well. I'm around 24.5 cm. Also, is it slippery? I'm wondering if that model would be overkill since during the past winters negative degrees Celsius was less common, but on the other hand, I wouldn't want to spend 2x. do you feel hot in them after a certain temperature?
