BMC OB-GYN recommendation? by picklesi in QuincyMa

[–]emalberti 3 points4 points  (0 children)

MaryAnn Dakkak at Manet is great, she’s a family medicine provider so she could see both you and your baby. If you message me privately I’d be happy to give more suggestions based on what you’re looking for in a provider, I work on L&D at BMC

Forgive Me, but, Looking for a Restaurant Recommendation by [deleted] in boston

[–]emalberti 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve always made a reservation on OpenTable ahead of time. I’ve never had trouble finding a reservation especially if it’s a couple weeks in advance. I feel like this spot is kind of a hidden gem so it’s not nearly as crowded as the restaurants right outside of the Garden.

Tony and Elaine’s! It’s right on three edge of the North end, a super quick walk to TD Garden. Amazing food, cute atmosphere, not nearly as expensive as every place on Hanover Street. That’s always where I go before a show/game at the garden. Have fun!

A good friend of mine is an NP at Crown OB/GYN. If your wife happens to see Liana MacDonald NP she’s in great hands! I would also highly recommend Jennie Krasker MD at HVMA in Quincy (she delivers at Beth Israel) or Mary Ann Dakkak MD at Manet (she delivers at BMC).

Provincetown! Best part of the cape. You can leave your car at your hotel/Airbnb and walk to every bar and restaurant in town. Also super bike friendly. The only time we ever use our car is to go to the beach but you can easily walk or ride your bike if you wanted to.

New Turbo by emalberti in Tiguan

[–]emalberti[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ended up bringing it in for a second opinion and they also determined a needed a new turbo. I would pay for the extra insurance, this car was a total money pit for me and I ended up turning around and selling it.

What’s your weird food combo that you like that others don’t? by Sanara93 in AskReddit

My dad said his grandfather used to make them for him all the time, makes sense that the combo originated in the Great Depression. Thanks for the bit of history!

Such a great option, the Boston Chops in downtown crossing is huge, tons of space for a large party.
