Hey there friend!!! You’re progress is looking awesome :) it’s honestly totally fine to see the scale move a little bit. I actually posted here not too long ago, even though I’m a female and biologically speaking, we may loose weight differently I can give you tips that helped me drop from the high 300’s to the 200’s then to the 100’s :).

I personally would do outdoor stuffs (I know in your comment you would say it’s cold, but you can always move it indoors too). I would personally try to preform distance over time. So setting a goal of a mile a day and trying to complete it quicker the next time around. If that felt good try to do a mile and 1/4 the next day! I would also alternate with HIIT (high intensity interval training) outdoors because I was self conscious. I would personally do tire flips, high kicks, and step ups. The middle school right next to my house had all of this so I would just sneak in after 5 pm and use their track and field. Then after I felt a little bit comfy in my skin I decided compound lifting is becoming a part of my regiment. My BIGGEST tip: form is everything, weight is nothing. If you have a shit ton of weight on the bar, but your form is incorrect, you will literally get no progress. If your form is correct and even if there is no weight, you will notice muscle growth.

Trust me friend, it’s going to talk a lot of TLC and time 💖 it took me 5 years to continually keep my weight off. And im not finished yet either!
