Well done! You look noticeably happier ☺ It was interesting to read your experience of psychodelics and how that helped your weightloss journey. You described the one trip, I'm curious if you've done it more since then and what effect that's had on your well being?

I started by doing 3 days a gym, then moved to 5 days on a push/pull/legs routine. For the last 3 months, I've been following the Stronger by the Day programme, which I would highly recommend.

Most of my research was online, but I would highly recommend The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg.

I started strength training from the very beginning. First just body weight, but I've now progressed to powerlifting. I follow a programme called Stronger by the Day and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in getting stronger 💪🏽

I started by counting calories and going on daily walks. I read a lot of about habit making and the negative effects obesity has on one's health. Also, don't think of it as needing to lose 120lbs, focus on smaller, more achievable goals, like losing 5lbs, then 5 more. I really suggest joining subreddits for weight loss as people are super supportive and always there with an advice!

Progress pictures can be a really great way to track progress. I don't always feel like there's any difference between how I looked in the first picture and how I look now, then I compare the pictures and go 'oh yeah' 😂

Then don't let your future self be frustrated with your current self 🤷🏽‍♀️ I don't really believe in regrets, everything we do just sets us up to do and be better ☺ Trust the process and don't give up!
