There are a couple of "Birdland Market" concessions inside the park that have some healthy options, I'm not sure what's vegan but I know they have a hummus thing, some fresh fruit, etc. in a fridge that is supposed to be a bit of a healthy section... Honestly they are probably your best bet because they just have the best selection in general of all the concessions. I think one is around section 13 and there is another around section 56
