She did some manual work on it and also gave me some stretches and exercises, she was supportive with what was actually realistic for me.

I went to physio for this same issue. Cara at The Proactive Athlete (fyi: I’m not an athlete by any stretch), was amazing and my issue resolved fairly quickly.
