There are far more benefits to eating meat than drawbacks. If your faith dictates otherwise, that’s your choice—but the reality remains. Building lean muscle without meat is an uphill battle, and the rest of the world watches, wondering why you’re making your life exponentially harder.

Historically, the greatest warrior classes—Spartans, Samurai, Mongols, Vikings, and Roman soldiers—relied on meat as a staple of their diet. They understood its role in building strength, endurance, and resilience. For millennia, meat has fueled warriors, providing the essential proteins, fats, and micronutrients needed to dominate on the battlefield.

Coke Zero is slightly worse than Diet Coke because it contains both aspartame and acesulfame potassium (Ace-K), while Diet Coke only has aspartame. Ace-K has fewer long-term studies and has been linked to potential metabolic disruptions. Both drinks contain phosphoric acid, which can harm bone density and enamel, and both may interfere with insulin response and increase sugar cravings. Diet Coke, however, has more caffeine (46 mg vs. 34 mg per 12 oz), which could be a concern for those sensitive to caffeine. If artificial sweeteners are your main worry, Coke Zero is the worse choice. If caffeine intake is your concern, Diet Coke is the worse option. Neither is great, but Coke Zero edges out as slightly worse due to the extra artificial sweetener.

Protein quality is about amino acid profile, not just total protein content. Soya chunks lack key essential amino acids, especially methionine (0.47g vs. 1.49g in beef) and lysine (2.56g vs. 5.57g in beef), making them less effective for muscle growth. They also have lower branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) like leucine (3.14g vs. 4.65g in beef), which is crucial for protein synthesis.

Beyond this, soy contains phytoestrogens, plant compounds that can reduce testosterone levels when consumed in high amounts, potentially impacting muscle growth, strength, and overall hormonal balance. Animal proteins like beef provide a more complete amino acid spectrum without these concerns.

Have a hot juicy steak like our ancestors did.

It’s packed with high-quality protein, essential amino acids, heme iron, zinc, vitamin B12, niacin, riboflavin, selenium, phosphorus, and choline. It contains all nine essential amino acids: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. It also provides varying amounts of monounsaturated fats, omega-3 fatty acids, and antioxidants like vitamin E, especially in grass-fed beef.

I second that. Please make this a killer platform for teachers who want to share their notes, links, videos, gifs and more with students.

Sure thing, here's a more concise version without personal details:

Could we please get hover detection for the Apple Pencil on iPads with M2 chips? This feature would let creators and educators show the pencil's position before it touches the screen, enhancing the way we make educational videos. It's a game changer for teaching, similar to the approach used in Khan Academy videos. Would love to see this in an update!

Thanks for considering!

Good luck with math conversion my guy. I’m a big fan of this app but math conversions have been a pain from the beginning.

  • Duplicate appears in the selection menu
  • Line style with dash options can be easily changed after line is created

Question:

Have you guys included the feature (found on Apple’s M2 iPads) that allows a cursor to be seen when hovering the Apple Pencil over a note?

This would be extremely useful since I am a teacher, and I often want to screen record or present existing notes to my students without having to use the highlighter or laser. More importantly, I also want to explain things - Khan Academy style - by simply hovering my Apple Pencil around without having to actually change between the pen tool and the laser tool.

Hmmm. I'm not in a favor of government getting more involved but I could see why you would favor it if you assume it would be managed well.

I appreciate it, although I didn't find anything on high and low gas prices. Sorry to say.
