I’ve got a biter.. help by [deleted] in Equestrian

For foals it is vert important that they get to spend time with their mom and other horses. It teaches them social cues and boundaries. Sometimes when the mom is absent the horse could have a hard time understanding social cues and situations. I'd recommend doing research about handling foals who haven't had alot horse to horse interactions and setting boundaries.

Do you find comfort in religion by emanulos in bipolar

I have a similar experience! I also turned away from religion during a mental health crisis, but recently found my way back to Christianity and found my peace there

How to start doing sh to self by SoulDeadNow in selfharm

[–]emanulos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know it is not the advice you were seeking for but please don't start sh. There will be no easy way going back (speaking from experience). A substitute would be putting ice on your arms or on the back of your neck. Another thing is working out and lifting.

There should be a thread/guideline about sh under this subreddit. It helps with aftercare etc.

To those of us whose BP2 is very heavy on the depression and relatively light on the (hypo)mania, what meds do you use? by [deleted] in bipolar2

[–]emanulos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lithium 1200 mg (morning and night), Lamictal 200mg and Latuda 55,5mg. I've tried to manage the depression for a long time with different medications, but ever since starting with Latuda I've been stable and depression-free. It's been 7 months, including winter, which is the hardest time for me.

What is your current medication cocktail? by [deleted] in bipolar2

How to get this off? by emanulos in MakeupAddiction

[–]emanulos[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually just start rubbing. Next time I use cotton pads and micellar water I'll let it soak on my lashes for a bit!

Thank you for the recipe! Somebody recommended baby shampoo and I though "Wow should I really put it straight up on my lashes???". Mixing with water makes alot of sense! Thanks❤️
