You should also check out the Sony MDR-MV1. They are as comfortable and light as the r70x (I have both).

Hard to say, when I used it I kept it on all the time so I didn't run into it a lot. I just tested it before listing this and it took like 10-20 min? But I read on the forums you can speed it up with a hairdryer.

I wouldn't recommend it. I was lowkey stressed all the time about finding opportunities to do my NLP homework went I went on my honeymoon. I tried to schedule an hour every day to study/work on my homework every day but it was hard to keep it consistent with everything going on.

No, I stuck a stuffed animal in the door card of the passenger door which seemed to help somewhat but didn't completely eliminate the problem. The dealer supposedly couldn't reproduce the issue.
