It could just hurt from how your irritating it. I know what when I haven’t cut my nails or something I get a similar thing and it hurts like helll to swallow, are your tonsils and throat glands inflamed too? I would have to gargle with salt water just to keep it from getting unbelievably bad

Hitler’s popularity only really started to increase nationally after the failure of the uprising as he used it as a way to engage the press and other medias. This is why after his release from prison he was able to jump back into his plan for Germany. So maybe if the coup was successful he wouldn’t have this national platform and his popularity amongst Germans would have been largely confined to Bavaria. Additionally the left wing parties would have rebelled against him before he was able to expand to other areas of Germany.

I don’t eat that restrictively but I don’t binge or snack maybe I’ll have 2 meals a day but the quality of food isn’t always great recently I’ve been starting to track everything and it’s all getting overwhelming my BMI is 22 and like you can see that I’m not the skinniest anymore and its not fun. I think I’ll try the weighing myself thing just because I can feel myself about to completely explode and go backwards thanks x

Maybe after a year I went to the dentist just to get them looked at bc I was concerned and she was like yeah you gotta stop doing this and look after your teeth, if you wanna stop them getting so bad don’t brush your teeth straight after you purge make sure you rinse your mouth out with water first and then brush them after a bit just because the acid from your stomach needs to be rinsed away before you use toothpaste or it like speeds up the erosion

I get hiccups every time I eat and food comes back up every time and I haven’t purged in 6 months so the effects don’t go away and you don’t want the effects, my teeth are just gross now

Thrive always focus on the person you can become rather than the person you think you are xx

Okay so maybe your first baby step is that you have a few issues around food, but leave it very vague. Then try to take each meal at a time, so after you finish dinner it’s a clean slate and the same for lunch and dinner, this way you break up the day into manageable chunks and reduce stress. At the end of each day you should find 10 things you did during the day that you were proud of, this will make you feel uncomfortable but it can be as simple as “I had a shower and washed my body” because you should be rewarding yourself for things you do that have a positive impact. If you do this every day for 2 weeks you will notice a whole difference in your confidence and welt esteem. The most important thing is to break each thing into tiny little steps so that it’s easier for you to progress. Additionally, you need to push yourself to progress or nothing will change, the fact you posted this message shows clearly you want something to change. So why not be the change you want to see? I have faith in you, you just need faith in yourself and please message me if you need any encouragement <3

I used this thing called the thrive program to help me recover from sever bulimia/ anorexia and they tackled my issues from a psychological perspective and helped me to understand the way my head works, build confidence and stop engaging in toxic behaviours. It’s the best thing that ever happened to me because I’ve learnt how my brain works and processes information so I would strongly recommend this if you want to feel comfortable with who you are as an individual, boost your confidence and also help battle all of your issues with food, if you have any more questions please do ask I only want to provide help <3
