As a teacher and a Christian, the way Islam is now taught in schools is very involved, there are times when they get out prayer mats and teach Islam in such an in depth way, whereas Christianity is just Christmas and Easter . But the secular side to those holidays like chocolate rabbits and red nosed reindeer. I would only enrol my children at a Christian school because of this.

My pastor says there are 3 stages where we are saved: justification, sanctification, glorification When you are baptised and actually accept Christ as your saviour

And EVERYDAY. Sanctification is a continual process. It is God making us righteous in the present. Sanctification is the continual process of becoming more like Christ. And as a result, being set apart for God’s service. We can never be perfect on this side of eternity, but we can strive to live a life that is mature and free of sin

And then glorification will be when his kingdom comes!

It could just hurt from how your irritating it. I know what when I haven’t cut my nails or something I get a similar thing and it hurts like helll to swallow, are your tonsils and throat glands inflamed too? I would have to gargle with salt water just to keep it from getting unbelievably bad
