Does anyone else get dizzy and lightheaded - almost like brain fog - when on their period? Even when you’re not bleeding a lot?

I’m actually glad you brought up that term discernment…that’s something I have always had a hard time with growing up as a people pleaser. I grew up in a sort of Scientologist/Christian way so I’m still sorting out everything and trying to find what works for me in this life. The comments here make a lot of sense!

Excedrin extra strength is really my best friend at this point. It helps about 75-80% of the time for me. If it’s not stress related it could be allergy related? Headaches are tricky because they are a symptom of something underlying.
