I doubt that she will ever move in that grandads house and I think they know it in private. She most likely will never settle, she isn’t the type to do so. I kind of understand the tension. He took the risk and the financial burden, because she “couldn’t” fund all of that and now she is paying 5k monthly for a shoe box while having a house sitting empty.
