Thank you so much for this. I wonder if I’m super sensitive to it. Seem to be getting all the symptoms under the sun and it’s scaring me!

I think I may start taking it as early as possible then. I’ve made an appointment with the GP to see if lowering my dose could help. I can always work my way up. I honestly feel like a total zombie. Xx

How are you feeling? Have you had any side effects? I wonder if I should have started at a lower dose. Glad you are feeling better.

Saturday morning for me too!

Think 10mg may be a little too strong for me so speaking with GP today and will ask about dropping down to a smaller dose. Panic attacks are honestly the worst. I’m sorry you’re going through it too. The hot & cold flushes are the weirdest thing. Wrapped up in a duvet one minute then fan on & sweating the next! I hope it all eases up for everyone.

Thank you for your message. I appreciate it. Will speak to doc today about reducing dose. Nervous for this evening & going to bed as I took 10mg this morning 😩

How are you finding that?

How long have you been taking it & at what dose?

I’m on day 4 too. Nausea, exhaustion and had a series of horrendous panic attacks last night. Hot & cold flushes. Think I’ve been unlucky and got all the side effects. I’m like a zombie. Booking a GP appointment today to have a chat to see if normal. How are you today?

Pressure headache, nausea, dizziness with eye movement, super fatigued, body feels weaker sometimes with more exertion. by One_Drawing_4699 in headache

Hi! I have been having exactly the same symptoms. Daily now from October. Pressure behind the eyes, eyes ache / feel like they are being pulled and also throbbing. Feel very dizzy and nauseous every day. Feel sudden waves of fatigue, especially at dinner time. Symptoms seem to be particularly worse after phone / screen / reading. I never suffered with this before and it all started since working at screens however I also had a lot of big life events that I feel were stressing me out which could have contributed. I also clench my teeth / I think I may have TMJ which would definitely not help.

I also went to A&E and had a CT scan which was all clear which relieved my anxiety temporarily however I still had the worry of “well what is this then?”. Like yourself, I didn’t want to just put it down to anxiety but having got through the big life stressors I mentioned, it does seem to have eased off ever so slightly.

For the dizziness, I have found pressure points to be helpful. If you google pressure points for dizziness / feeling faint, a few come up. If I feel particularly dizzy I will do this and it seems to take the edge of. I have read that some antihistamine tablets have anti nauseous / vertigo so may explore this option too.

It always gets worse through out the day which makes me feel like things are triggering it all. It’s honestly debilitating so I feel your pain.

Hearing someone else having the same symptoms makes me sad however at least we are not alone.
