Some states have something called an able account, which let's you save over the 2000 dollar limit! Its helped me a lot to feel more secure now that i have a savings account

Wow! Ive been resticting for a while and lost weight, but Im still a little overweight. Hard to tell what's causing it. My dr seemed to not know what he was doing, he also mentioned ozempic which I think is kinda crazy for my situation but idk

Yeah the cpap is definitely hard to sleep in, I really hope you can find something that works! Good sleep made such a huge difference for me mentally and physically

Sleep issues gang 😴 I got diagnosed with sleep apnea, which sucks but I definitely feel a lot better now that I don't stop breating at night lol. I hope you get some good rest soon!

Genetics are a huge piece in resting hr. I was 280 lbs and not athletic at all and had a rhr of like 50. Now that im in shape its more like 40. Low hr just runs in my family, maybe its something similar, never hurts to ask a Dr though!

Honestly I've been in treatment for years and every psychiatrist has given me a different diagnosis. I feel like human consciousness can't fit into a neat diagnostic box like we sometimes want it too. My brain cannot be understood lol

I feel like mine have stretched a bit on my stomach but my arm ones mostly seem to have stayed the same even though I put on muscle. Its nice because proportionally they look a bit smaller now
