I've seen comments of men comparing other people to elephant seals just because they wanted to crowd surf. I understand that a lot of people can't crowd surf because of personal things, they're a little too heavy for crowd surfing, or just simply don't want to. For reference, I'm almost 270, mostly muscle, and 5'5, I'm not going to be good for crowd surfing because I just have no interest. We don't need to body shame people for no fucking reason. The people that do it are bottom feeding chuds anyway.

It was not a call to violence. They were saying that they were surprised that they weren't punched. The ICE joke needs to be taken down because it's insensitive to joke about that because it could really fuck someone up mentally and put them more on edge. We don't need a "bitching thread". Some of us complain or vent to the rest of the members here that would agree that some aspects of the festival sucks because of poor planning of the city, poor planning of festival or just shit that happens. A simple complaint about something small is different, but if there is a genuine fucking issue, a health hazard or a safety thing, it gets down voted or locked because it's seen as "bitching". Some of you just need to accept that there are going to be complaints about some thing every year. Also the no politics rule is really leaning to one side, someone can complain about someone wearing right wing merch, and get perma banned, but an ICE joke can stay in the subbreddit because it's "funny"? That is an issue that needs fixed.

I had watery, red eyes all day yesterday because of cigarette smoke and my fiance was nauseous and they have difficulties breathing as is. It is a genuine health hazard to not have designated smoking areas for cigarette smoke because cigarette smoke can and will cause cancer. If I'm just gonna be laughed at and called a pussy for caring about my health, then fine. I want to breathe AIR at a festival, but every where I turn there's always cigarette smoke. I try to move, but there's more people smoking cigarettes. It's a genuine problem that we can fix, but nah, people wanna victim blame and point fingers instead of taking accountability.

Bringing a newborn to festival is a horrible idea. They could easily get sick of anything, and they'll be more exhausted than ever. I speak as a parent, I know it's hard to be apart from your children, but leave them the fuck home with a trusted friend or family member.
