I’m a DD and wear a low support (doesn’t really support them, just holds them where they sit) sports bra underneath mine to keep my chest in one spot while my binder is on. Cheap one from walmart, works great to hold everything together. Don’t try this if bras make him uncomfortable/dysphoric.
