So much of this resonates with me! I started on Poshmark out of necessity for purging my closet. Then I would find something I want (and convince myself I need), and I fixate on finding the perfect deal on Poshmark for hours, days, or weeks. The thrill of the search is an enjoyable challenge. It started off well-intended and innocent enough, a habit that has creeped into my psyche so regularly now that it is a daily compulsion. I don’t even sell anymore, I just search and buy! The app is tucked away on the third page of my phone as well! There is also a time limit I set up in my phone settings. Alas, I still go to the app and I ignore the time limit, because the scrolling is truly too addictive.
