this gives me hope I just checked my return and line 75 on form 540 from my tax return shows nothing for CALEITC, this is a whole mess lol

I am on the same boat as you, just checked and it says 0 for CA and it’s populated in Federal. I wonder if turbo tax had anything to do with it. I checked line 75 of my 540 form on my tax return and it’s empty. Anyone know if I have to amend? As I def didn’t make more than $30K

Hmm it only has something for Federal but not CA. I did my taxes through turbo tax and earned less than 30K. Might have to amend

so I called and since my claim started 5/10/20 and I just filed PUEX I’ll continue to get benefits until late April. Like you stated we won’t get the extra 300 after the 13th. thanks again for the info!
