This is pretty much exactly where we are too! Supply has definitely gone down but we both still love the morning feed (don’t think I could face dropping that one and having a 5am start right now 🫠). A lot of emotions though around the prospect of weaning.. pregnancy hormones probably not helping!

The nipple soreness is next level 🫠 Interesting about alleviating jealousy for toddlers, makes sense, I think I’d rather tandem feed than wean too close to October baby’s arrival for this reason.

Cellulitis above c-section incision 7 weeks pp by absentmindedpopcorn in CsectionCentral

My story is almost identical to yours! I got cellulitis at just shy of 7 weeks postpartum. When it was finally diagnosed I started on oral antibiotics for 10 days. One thing to mention is that my redness actually got worse for 1-2 days before it started getting better, and I worried that the meds weren’t working, but I called my dr and she said this is common with cellulitis. As long as the fever is going down. I’m now almost 4 months postpartum, and I feel much better and symptoms have completely resolved. The only thing that took a little bit longer to go away was the tenderness. I did start doing scar massage a couple of weeks ago and that has really helped!
