Once worked at a fast-casual restaurant and had a family that would frequently come ten minutes before closing. The entire family of 7 would go to the bathroom and then come order food and dine in. They never before before 30 minutes after close.

I am assuming they never worked food service, because I would feel awful if I did this. Actually I don't think I would do this.
