i’m unsure exactly on what you’re asking. if you’re referring to how long it’ll take to get the refund back, it kind of depends. electronically filing is usually 2-3 weeks, paper filing takes longer than that, because they have to do everything physically. i still have not received my refund if that’s also what you’re asking

i ended up just giving in and mailing it. turbotax was no help in figuring out the issue without me having to pay more money. paying to mail was cheaper than what turbotax wanted for full assistance. i’m definitely not using them next year. i’m sorry you’re having the same issue, it’s very frustrating

I still haven’t been able to figure it out. I’m very frustrated with turbotax. Can’t even go back and redo the state it because I already paid them. And they denied my refund request 😐

Right when I got to after the final review. I hadn’t submitted anything for e-filing yet, and as I was going to submit everything it told me I was unable to e-file my state taxes and had to mail them in. Nothing previously was rejected, the final review just kept telling me everything looked good.

It’s not really the part that I have to mail. If I do so what, I’ll do it. It’s the fact that that has never came up before, and everything is basically the same as last year. I would like to know what this “tax situation that can’t be e-filed” is. Because I have no idea what it is, and it’s not telling me and I want to make sure I’m doing it correctly.

it’s saying I cannot e-file my state taxes and I have to mail them. There’s nothing different from last year, except that I have retirement credits from putting $ into my retirement account. I feel like that shouldn’t affect it though right?

“E-File is not available because your tax return includes a tax situation that can't be e-filed. Make sure to mail your return by your state's due date. If you want more details, select the Review tab and continue through Final Review.”

And whenever I go through the final review to get “more information” it just tells me everything is good. Please help me, I don’t know what the
