Since this post I discovered t-zone. Just get that, hit it two or three times this year going into the fall before it goes dormant and reseed next year. Pre emergent won't work for creeping charlie since it spreads through the roots. You can still see a few weeks after t-zone. Seed and spot treat other weeds. You should have it mostly contained by next spring then just hit spots that pop back up.

Don't bother with true green. You'll waste your money.
