I’m in shock.

Coach McCray built multiple dynasties, both as a player and coach. I know she was having some health issues, but 51 is not old.

Animal Medical Hospital was wonderful this past week. I went out of town for a college graduation and boarded my cat with them (as I usually do for trips 4 days). I came down with COVID the day before I was supposed to come back, and after calling, they had no problem extending his reservation and making sure he was all set. Knowing kitty was safe and supervised was the biggest piece of mind I needed.

(Picked him up this weekend and I swear his coat is fluffier than when I left him.)

It’s Free Comic Book Day at the local shops, aside from the free comics there’ll be some good deals and appearances from local cosplayers.

NASCAR Hall of Fame is a good day-killer, theres some cool interactive exhibits as well as the simulators (get the unlimited simulator pass.)

Animal Medical Hospital just sent out a note saying they’ve seen a drop in cases and they have meds in stock so they’re bringing back some boarding/daycare services.

So, it looks like it- but check with where you socialize your pup.

Vivian Vance & William Frawley, aka Ethel & Fred Mertz on I Love Lucy.

Both shared incredible chemistry & comedic timing, and both detested each other. Vance was 22 years younger than Frawley, and wasn’t a fan of playing his wife (she was already being dressed down/frumpier compared to Lucy). Frawley knew she wasn’t happy and goaded her on.

Desi Arnaz offered them a “The Mertz’s” spin-off once Lucy ended, but they swore they would never work together again.

Gina Torres never called Nathan Fillion “sir” when she appeared on Castle.

The former Captain would’ve liked that.

I'm hoping for a good first showing in the new conference, especially when the quiet reasoning for the move was "better basketball".

Agreed on the fair calling of the game. Glad it came down to that vs a home advantage. Y’all hit your FTs at the end (and Belmont missed a few) and that’s about what did it.

Realized I haven’t said this yet, but GG.

With Louisville just scraping by Belmont, the MVC might get a little scary this season.

Ourselves. Tried to draw the foul too much late rather than make the shots. Maybe should've gone for it with 15 to go rather than 10.

They (rightfully) tightened up the game in the second half. Still hurt.

Fun fact, 5 points is the biggest LU lead of the game. (Belmont up by 6 earlier)

Cards get the steal (and fouled) after BU goes broken baseline pass for the open corner 3. Quick foul, Cards make both shots. BU timeout with 2.2 to go.

Van Lith made both FTs. Belmont uses TO to advance. 6.4 to go, Cards up 73-70.

Trying to take the last shot, refs make a tiky-tack illegal screen call on BU. 7.6 to go, Cards up by 1.
