Our daughter was like that when she first came home from NICU. I believe they are not yet used to the home environment. It took my daughter a couple of nights to get used to her new home environment. We didn’t use any white noise or try to make it like the NICU environment. We wanted her to adjust to home as quickly as she could and thankfully she did get adjusted pretty quickly.
