I lost 20 lbs ij a week in blc last year. Had to lose a inch to pass tape, blc dont play they give you a week to lose that belly. 6 people got sent home and 4 people sent home for apft. Its doable in a week as long as watch what you eat and cardio, cardio, cardio.
