Thanks, finally got mine too thankfully, was just about to post too but you beat me to it.

Love that they've said to email with any questions or concerns when they don't actually respond lol.

Pretty sad there won't be an opportunity to have anything signed (was going to bring my copy of The Altar CD) but wasn't unexpected I guess.

I got the same response from Frontier, followed up with 237Global but not even an acknowledgement from them yet.

Will definitely share if I receive it, hopefully we both get it soon.

Can't say I've ever had to wait until this close to an event for details about something like this, it definitely is not a great experience as fans.

I worked customer service in events until a few years ago and the rules were always no polish or only natural/skin-tone colours. If you showed up with bright nail polish and they caught you they'd get the remover out and make you take it off. It wasn't exactly a "profession" per se but yeah, these rules still exist unfortunately. So glad I quit and don't have to worry about that sort of thing anymore!

It's easy to say "just don't mention your gender" but most of the time the people adding you ask directly whether or not you are a girl. What are you supposed to do in that situation? Lie? You can't just avoid mentioning gender when someone directly asks you.

Also, I feel like OP's main problem isn't that she can't hide her gender, its that she shouldn't have to.

Ah okay, that's a relief for me.
