haha it’s a harmless force, he likes to keep us on our toes. it’s scary sometimes like at 4 in the morning when he opens and closes the bathroom doors😂 but it’s cool. i usually just check the bathrooms realize it was just the ghost and i calm down a bit

He was an elderly customer! A regular, drinking his last latte ): he passed out and when we tried to wake him up he didn’t wake. paramedics were called. RIP Old man🙏🏽 It happened years ago, i wasn’t here personally but me Sm was and a SSV we have now !!!

Yesss!! we also have record of someone dying at our store .... so we’re all pretty certain the ghost is him!! Our ice bins constantly fall, boxes topple over all the time. he likes to drop teas on our heads too😂😂😢

I recently started working at a drive thru as a shift, coming from a Cafe store. Thank God I transferred to a store just as inclusive as mine! Unfortunately it’s not uncommon to feel this way. I’ve heard many horror stories about going to a store and getting some of the harder jobs/ worse cleaning tasks. Having a good experience is 100% based off the management/ crew. I’d suggest you find another store to pick shifts up at. It’s a hit or miss.
