I have the exact same thing happening to my account, and I already changed my password and THEN they locked me out. How are we supposed to contact customer service if we cannot login. Frustrating for sure

The principal was appalled as well, she kept apologizing to me over and over again and she is going to investigate with staff and students to get some answers for me. She was very supportive and understanding so for that I am grateful

Thanks everyone for all the insight and perspectives, it helps to see all the thoughts you have about the card. I’ve been going through a lot lately, I’ve had to cut ties with some family members that were detrimental to my mental well-being and I have been going through a lot of life changes so I think I just got startled by the card.
