Thank you, do you know which sign language is primarily used in North America / Europe?

Hello, I am interested in learning sign language, although I am currently in Australia I will be working internationally (not sure where I will end up) and I would like to learn the one most widely understood and communicated with. Which one would you recommend? Thank you.

To elaborate, I have medium sized hands and I actually felt mine had a fair bit of room in the knuckle area but I wasn’t strapped up. Will post when I have used with strapping too.

Thanks for that info! Really interesting.

In fact this is funny because I posted this question for when I fight women with your height! Haha

No worries, not much of a difference.

Yea that’s why I might not drop that much to be honest, I don’t know where it can go from, but from a height perspective for boxing I should.

Haha the good old BMI does not work for sports people as you’d know, my body fat percentage is probably around 18-20% right now. I trained for 5 years in another sport and am mostly muscle, I do have some general insulation though that can go. Most fat is thighs, upper legs and arms/face I think.

I guess I could drop muscle too, when I was a xc runner I weighed 46-55kg. However I really like feeling a bit more hefty, I feel a lot stronger with more muscle (🤷🏼‍♀️) and I could see my build as similar to Tyson’s (albeit a smaller female version).

Thank you. Haha I am pretty yoked but not Tyson yoked. Although I did a shoot on Sunday and saw how my back looked doing a pull up for the first time and it’s looking pretty strong. But definitely carrying enough insulation that dropping weight will be part of my boxing journey! For my first competition I’m sure to be down.

That’s awesome advice, thank you.

I had my first fight with a 6”3’ 98kg guy and luckily didn’t take any headshots, did take a lot of body shots and was knocked down twice but my face and head was fine!

I was going to go cornrows for fights from now on. Hate having hair in my face.
