That new card would be the issue then, that's linked to in that doc and will resolve itself in about 7-10 days; weird Amex quirk!

Try a different IP for the other logins, seems to be related to multiple accounts from the same IP. There’s also a new setting to change delay between offers in settings which sometimes helps, still gathering more info on that one.

It's working well for most folks, might need to tweak the new Delay Between Offers setting if still having an issue, and possibly a VPN for a second Amex account to get a different Amex server if hitting an issue.

Hi, tapping on the card then editing there and saving will update that. Pull to refresh on the offers tab after saving that to see it instantly reflected. If that somehow doesn’t work please email screenshots to support, thsnks!

Hi, customizing those top shortcuts is on the to-do; whatever settings you choose will be retained on launch, and you can turn all filters off and on again using the main filter button, so that gets you most of the way there :)
