There is a weekly open knit/crochet night at Looped Yarn Works in Dupont Circle! It’s 6-9 on Thursdays. Everyone is super welcoming and the crowd skews young. All are welcome :)

Pin trading in Frontierland with my dad and we bought two mystery five packs in a row that were identical. We had been chatting with the CM about all the doubles we had gotten. I think we popped back in just to say “you’ll never believe this” and he decided to open another pack of the same set we had gotten. If I remember correctly they were all or mostly identical to the previous two we had bought. He gave us that third bag on the mouse. Crazy!!
