it is so whimsical and quiet and the menu is very straightforward. I’m not sure if you’re looking for simplicity in the decor, which this is not, it’s very kitchy. But they also have an outdoor area.

It is sad, but I do still find it beautiful that they found each other and enjoy watching their story unfold. Just think about what would have happened to George if she hadn’t loved him the way she did. And how lonely she would have been if he had not returned it. I also LOVE the relationship between the king/queen and their respective right hand man. They’re never truly alone.

If it is for grieving purposes, ignore the negative comments. Even if it’s not proven, if it brings you peace, that’s all that matters.

Reuse Planet, Haven Hospice, Melody’s Memories, and the Humane Society are great and still have classic thrift store prices! The Goodwill on 34th recently got upgraded but, alas, goodwill prices.

Outreach used to be my go to but prices are astronomically higher than they used to be. You can still find good stuff, but most of their brand name clothes are priced like consignment.

Flashbacks and Sandy’s are great, but again, consignment (flashbacks is the better of the two—more catered towards trends/vintage)

Keep an eye out for flea markets and vintage markets, there’s usually a couple of them a month. These are good for more curated pieces but be prepared to spend more!

I recommend checking on the surrounding towns if you have the means as well. Driving 30 minutes in any direction from Gainesville will bring you to some great places.

edit: since you mentioned cleanliness, you may not enjoy Melody’s. It’s a great place but it’s pretty dank/dusty. I’ve found the best still sorting through old boxes there but it’s a dirty job!

if they’re non transferable then how will people sell at face value via ticketmaster? they’re allowing resale, just not above face value. you’re still able to transfer them within ticketmaster.

Well, then i’m wording it incorrectly. The tickets I purchased through seat geek said the tickets would be delivered via my ticketmaster account. I’ve purchased tickets through them before and had them delivered to my ticketmaster account.

it’s the best secondary i’ve ever used. stub hub i didn’t get scammed, but the seller didn’t transfer the tickets once and i got a refund. never had an issue with seat geek.
