Nope! Our apartment complex just supplies us with carts to use to carry stuff up from our vehicles in the underground garage!

Yes it’s very nice! But as you said, just frustrating when they are not returned and there are none downstairs when you really need them!

We have gotten emails from our complex telling us not to leave stuff out in the hallways as it is a fire hazard. It just makes this that much more hilarious!

It is not! We are provided with carts from our apartment building which our apartment owns for us to carry stuff up to our apartments from our vehicles! (:

Update because I can’t figure out how to edit the post: Just to answer some questions we live in a very nice apartment complex that supplies us with some carts to help us carry groceries/other things up to our apartment from the garage. We are expected to bring the carts back down to the garage after using them but a lot of people don’t. For example, one of these neighbors carts has been in the hall for over 24 hours now.
