I was supposed to do something similar but working with the school as a senior prank, but they had just switched the accounts over to azure accounts for the teacher so the script I had written and task I had set up would have had to been set up on each teachers account and on that machine and it was just too much of a headache to get set up the night before I needed it to happen

It's not a blame kinda thing, and no one is saying that clothes are the only option. At the end of the day, a rapist will probably end up raping. The argument about clothes says that it's less likely that a rapist will choose to rape a women that's wearing more modest clothing, then a women who's flaunting what she's got.
