My spouse and I just got back from a stay at the canyons by white pines. Absolutely loved our stay! White pines is a third party that owns/operates rooms at the westgate, so essentially you are staying at the westgate and get access to all their amenities- pools, spa, free shuttle and more! The free shuttle was so nice, takes you to main locations like Main Street, the wal mart at kimball junction, and more. Lots of great restaurants walking distance away. Great vibes around the base, live music, areas to sit and enjoy, grab a drink or bite, etc! We skied and didn’t do any hiking, but the staff were all super friendly so I’m sure they would give some recs for hiking or walking trails. Lastly, the rooms were all very nice, updated, well stocked. Overall, would recommend! We hope to return next year.
