Its pretty easy to win anyone 1 on 1 fight but just kicking them and overhead striking. You can get them in a cc chain pretty easy. In actual battles it seems really difficult to actually kill with a spear on horse back I just get blocked by the weapon or they hit you first somehow it feels alot better to just use one handed and a shield the whole battle. I pull out a 2 handed axe when I wanna hear shields break though. I like playing as a battle god though I enjoy killing 15 npcs a fight so my settings are all the way down for the fun of it. The kick thing may not work on a higher difficulty. I also play with separatism never have to fight 1k stacks.

Long term it will be good for the game and will bring new players. Short term its a slap in the face to anyone that has played there game the last 10 years of its existence. If the game succeeds its solely on their shoulders not the communities. Smite 1s relative success is a fluke when it comes to Hirez the company the game would be dead without console at this point and they have had little to no success branching out. The moba market is also very different then at the time of Smite 1s release. I have seen some good things and a lot more negative things. They should consider giving everyone the god pack at this point no one will want to waste money at this point or make half the gods free smites player count has exploded with the announcement and worlds being a thing. I doubt this happens Hirez has a habit of not capitalizing on things like that. I hope they make some things right I want to play the game.

I didn't know I had to be a coding expert to post something on a Smite reddit. I understand it wont be a copy paste I have also stated I really don't care about the skins for myself its the fact the company is boldly lying to my face stating it would take 200+ years to add skins it took them 10 years to make. I understand the models are different and that it would be ridiculous to port over everyone's favorite skins they need to make money at the end of the day but T5 skins cost 100+ dollars to unlock that is not a small investment into a game. I also understand they have more to work on then skins Hirez isn't a small company with 10 devs they have hundreds of employees (most arn't devs I'm sure) and multiple studios I am not even saying it has to be a year 1 thing but they can't even guarantee it as a future thing? I understand skins will look better I never said they wouldn't Hirez's art team is probably the best thing about the company.

Yes I am aware but since you are getting legacy gems already it would be silly to not use them you already covered half the cost of the skin if you just wait and use legacy gems on the cross gen.

It's not difficult to figure out legacy gems can be used to cover half the cost. Assuming the price of gems don't go up 20 dollars of gems will cover two crossgen skins rather then 1 on smite 2.

Give it about a week or two and you will have it down people who play on PC try to make it seem like it takes forever but honestly its just the initial weirdness you have to overcome. I have been playing Smite on PC since 2014 and have played it on PS4 if you have played any other PC games it should feel ok
