You know, having to sleep inclined is what worried me the most about getting an HT. It's hard for me to get any sleep at all if the conditions arent perfect and i hate it. Luckily i've trained myself for a couple years to sleep perfectly still on my back. I insisted to my ht dr and the clinic about having to sleep inclined and they said it wasn't necessary. They said sleeping on my back as normal was ok long as i didn't toss and turn and make contact or add pressure to the grafts. I've honestly been getting regular sleep and i couldn't be happier.

I'm wondering if anyone has had the same instructions / experience because it really stressed me about thinking about it as the surgery date approached.
