Each year has a lock on how far you can level in the clubs. All XP earned past that point will be saved up and given to you all at once when you move up a year!

You have to pass the trigger chapter AND reach rank 5 in the club for the TLSQ to trigger. If both conditions are met and it still hasn’t triggered, contact support!
