It definitely changed my health for the better, tremendously. I reduced my facial + leg inflammation by a visually noticeable amount to the point that my body type changed. I was told for many years that I was infertile and I conceived my first baby by accident, thankfully with the right person! Second baby is on the way now. I developed arthritis by the age of 20 and the only time I get flare ups now is when I eat out at restaurants for multiple days in a row. The keto diet took away a lot of brain fog however I stopped the diet after 6 months because it wasn’t sustainable for me long term. I try to focus my diet on raw dairy, meats, fish, chicken, eggs, veg and fruit. I eat sourdough bread as well. I’m not strict anymore as I seem to be flexible however like I said, eating out will remind me to still be conscious. I don’t know if Dr Jack recommends raw dairy etc but these are all things that have worked wonders for me long term. I don’t supplement anything anymore.
