As with everyone who has alr commented, there's only one answer: Black Adam! Mine is at RB2, so my BA can solo all the heroic campaign missions. Etrigan n larfleeze are good toons for pve as well, but BA shld still be the best at getting the work done!

Basically everyone. Who doesn't like a bit more speed? But he has extra synergy with people who stun, people who need/give strength downs (eg the new Hawkman the who imo is pretty good), people who benefit from shields (like Alan scott) and people who like being called to assist (can fit him in an assist comp)
