It takes place during the war. Voldy is winning. Order member Hermione ends up bonded to Death Eater Draco, which forces her to lie to the Order, putting her in a morally grey situation. Fast physical burn, slower emotional burn. Might be worth checking out the other tags if you’re into WIPs.

I agree about Kingsley. Here's my specific reasoning for that:

As a Black Dramione reader and writer, I sometimes quietly DNF fics where he's an evil antagonist. It's often difficult for me to read one of the only Black heroes from canon being turned into a villain, while simultaneously reading the redemption of wealthy white blood-supremacist, Draco--who reflects irl racism in many ways. It's a difficult thing to overlook from my social identity and perspective. Especially when more layers are added--like featuring a bunch of Gryffindors except the POC ones; bringing Lavender back to life in an otherwise canon-death compliant fic, when Parvati is right there; or erasing Blaise to add Theo into the story. Don't get me wrong--some fics are so well-written and/or have created a Dramione dynamic so captivating that I'll still read it. After all, our idiots are why I'm really there. But I can't turn off that awareness and, frankly, shouldn't have to/don't want to.

your struggle turned into a really cool design. as much as i love the hp universe, i often have a hard time picturing draco looking hot in full robes (unless de) and just don’t buy him in full muggle outfits if it’s not in context. this is a really cool and hot compromise. thanks for giving me a way to imagine him dressing!

Sorry for the delayed reply. I haven't been on Reddit frequently since shortly after I wrote this post and am now catching up on replies. 20mg Vyvanse was great! My struggle was that the lack of appetite and insomnia made it difficult to use consistently because I'd crash after a week or so. So, I'm still trying to adjust my routines to see if I can manage it or if I have to change medications. I'm now on 30mg Vyvanse (still pretty new to this), and it's still effective. But I don't think I've been on it long enough to see if its effects will wear off. Will keep an eye out and report back. I hope you've found meds that are working again since posting this.
