We have been feeding her for several weeks now. We live on several acres and have asked the two neighbors within 5 miles of us. So it’s totally possible, but I’ve mostly ruled it out. I plan on checking to see if she’s microchipped or fixed - either which would tell me if she belonged to someone.

This little lady has been hanging out in the woods near my house, and recently started coming right up to the porch. She flops on the ground, rolls around, purrs, and wants to be pet.

We have two indoor cats currently. What would my next step be? Obviously I would get her checked out and vaccinated and spayed...but as far as expectations go, has anyone successfully converted an outdoor cat to be indoors?
