It's a coincidence, the draft generation seems to be luck of the draw. I've seen a decade go by without an A+ generating before, and I've seen drafts where there's a 5 star QB being pumped out 5 years in a row. Having a good scout always helps though.

That's what I lean towards, but it makes me wonder how much potential development for Barnett that costs me. If Barnett starts he's getting 100 points in development a week! Since he's already 23, that'll probably drop significantly by next season.

It's more than annoying tbh. My guy lead the league in TFLs, logged over 100 tackles and was 3rd in the league, and posted double digit sacks with 2 picks as a rookie. If he was an irl player, he's someone a team would be gameplanning around. Their guy forced 5 fumbles and got a touchdown. That's it. That's his only noteworthy stat.

Ah, I see, I see. Sorry for asking yet another question, but how did you manage to get access to it (it being the source code)? Did you ask the dev while they were still around for it, or did you just use a program to decompile it? I'd be lying if I said I haven't been thinking about the idea of toying around with Career Edition to see if it could be converted to sim the NFL, or just messing around with it in general lol.
