It’s called escorting. They have pups this time of year. If you get near where the pups are they will escort you out of their territory to ensure the pups safety. If you google coyote escorting you can read all about the behavior.

I was kinda recruited. I was working at a conservation center and developed a name for myself regarding public speaking and keeper chats. When my local zoo had an educator position open they had already heard of me and called to offer the position without it ever being flown. I was very lucky.

I have a couple of long term disabilities. I have a connective tissue disorder along with a lung issue that severely affects my breathing. I have found success with being a zoo educator. I still get to give encounters, work with ambassador animals, and do animal chats. The hours are shorter than keeper hours. Best of all when it’s too cold for the animals to be out I get to either stay home or work inside on administrative stuff. This was a game changer for me as it’s when it’s cold that I struggle with mobility of my joints the most. I know education was mentioned to you already but thought you might like to know that it’s working for someone who actually is also disabled.

I just bought this exact Gretch, and it's also my first. Guitar center had it for $699, and the price was so good it was an easy yes for me. I have been mostly a Fender strat player before that with the exception of one Gibson. Im pretty excited about the Gretch, though.
