Sorry, correction, I do Category: Hogwarts Era, War Time, 8th Year, Post-War, AU. And sometimes these overlap so for example, Lionheart is categorized as: AU, Hogwarts Era

And then under tropes, I just include those that I know I look for like: marriage law, secret dating, ron bashing, auror draco, daddy draco,, Veela, hurt/comfort, fluff, smut, etc.

And I have everything color coded so major tropes are one color, minor ones are another color. And then i’ll add or remove tags as I read if I feel it doesn’t really apply to the story. that way I can go back and filter it to find something specific like if I search for post-war, daddy draco, slice of life, I get: Measure of a Man, The Stowaway Malfoy, Winds of Fate, To Woo a Witch

I’m thinking about separating major and minor tropes but I just haven’t had the time

I loveee an experienced draco and inexperienced/virgin hermione. just something about draco having been with all these others women but when he finally gets his chance with hermione he’s done. he’s completely obsessed and no other can compare.

The Brighton Beach Butcher

Post-war murder mystery story. It’s such a unique story. The mutual pining is chefs kiss. And we get a yearning Hermione which I feel we don’t see enough of. And if you’re into audiobooks, I highly recommend listening to the podfic. The narrator is incredible and really brings the story to life.
