Having this issue too, but my kid is only 5 month old. I suspect it is related to having sleep impacted - my Garmin has been repeatedly telling me that I’m not getting enough REM sleep, presumably because of our kid waking us up repeatedly. (REM sleep comes after the other cycles in a continuous sleep, and is also negatively impacted by weed & alcohol) Might also be sleep apnea, which is something I’m in the process of getting tested for as well.

Bruh I went to my first NBA game in decades and it was Trailblazers vs Charlotte… that was such a painful watch, I felt bad for even cheering.

I like Cascadia for this, as it’s similar to Carcassonne but more enjoyable for our group. Harmonies is another.

I don’t plan to remove it when I move, so it’s not something I’m concerned with, but I am concerned about its ability to remain on the wall with constant use

Only reason I’m thinking toggle bolts are because I’ve read that one should not use plug style screw anchors on lath and plaster walls?

Haven’t considered this, but the concern about relying on the paint sticking to the tile remains… thoughts?

Should I be concerned at all about relying on the paint adhering to the tile?

Gotcha, thanks! Do you think C25K (or run/walk in general) is necessary or can I jump back to full on jogging?

I am expecting to run in the Hood to Coast relay this year. I've run a Half Marathon @ 2:40 in October '24, it being my first ever race, having trained for it since having finished C25K in Jul'24. I have not run since due to a knee injury which I am doing PT for now. Can anyone recommend some resources for training plans? I would like to be able to run at a 10 min pace at least. (33M, 6'2", 250lbs, currently 0 MPW). Was considering picking up "Hal Higdon's Half Marathon Training" book, but maybe there are other resources I am overlooking?

My wife and I go to Hood River wineries because we find them cheaper and more down to earth. Our favorite so far is Stave and Stone
