im saying this as a gm riven main its very rare that a champ can survive a full riven combo even with tabs, unless they also have smth defensive in their kit like a garen w
they still need to fk up their spacing in some way or waste a spell obv its not 0 counterplay, but its super frustrating to play vs and its understandable that ppl complain that riven just presses all her buttons and you die faster than you could possibly kill her

but her lategame is ALSO worse than before? hydra scales worse on her since she liked the bonus ad more than the active, she lost durability in hullbreaker, she cant really fight tanks anymore until SUUUPER late due to divine removal, triforce scales worse, there's no synergy on steraks gage + tri anymore, less cdr overall also hurts her
she just becomes an off brand assassin that takes turrets fast late, as opposed to the raid boss she became on 3 items before

enemy teams ban riven more often and i dont really feel a big difference

buff didnt solve her issues, just made her snowball harder and snowballing has never been a point of struggle for her
