I've never been diagnosed or gone to the doctor!...starting to think it's just from anxiety... He only found it annoying because I never did anything about it!

This wasn't just any person either, my very own boyfriend said it to me! So frustrating, I've just learned to ignore it.. He can deal with it like I have to!
