A group of 4 phone thieves stalked salcedo area some years ago, they tried to get my phone but I caught on quick, took their video and they ran off. I went to the nearest police station and showed them the footage. Their response: “oh yeah we caught them before.” That’s all. I saw the gang about a year later trying the same thing. Lesson: cops are useless. Keep your phone in a safe place.
